Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: The satisfaction of helping people with their income taxes & helping our Professional software users. Also, my co-workers are awesome!
Q: How does your job change throughout the year?
A: During tax season from January to April, I manage a Rhodes-Murphy Tax Office and prepare federal & state income taxes. In the off season, I provide support to our Professional software users.
Q: What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
A: I play golf, disc golf, tennis, swim, and baggo. I support my local & regional teams by watching them on TV or attending games with family & friends - Georgia Bulldawgs, Augusta State Jags, Braves, Falcons, Green Jackets, etc. At home, you might find me watching an episode of Seinfeld or True Blood.
Q: Something many people don’t know about you?
A: I’m a big history buff – everything from Augusta, GA history to The Civil War/US History, World WII, & any past event that impacts our lives today. I believe history repeats itself & we can learn a lot from it.

Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I enjoy interacting with people both as a tax preparer and sales consultant. It’s nice to feel the satisfaction of really helping someone and knowing that you are helping them either with their business as a TaxSlayer Pro user or with their actual tax return. Providing good customer service is very important as a tax preparer and TaxSlayer Pro sales consultant.
Q: How does your job change throughout the year?
A: Tax season is long hours and actually interacting with clients face to face as I prepare their taxes. The off season switches over to selling our professional software to other tax preparers and it greatly helps to be a tax preparer myself as I can relate to our users of TaxSlayer Pro as to what it is like being out in the field and they usually appreciate that.
Q: What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
A: I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing golf, fishing, and watching the Braves, Falcons, Hawks, and Georgia Bulldogs. In case you didn’t notice I love sports.
Q: Something many people don’t know about you?
A: I play the bass guitar.

Q: How does your job change throughout the year? A: During tax season, I prepare individual tax returns for local tax clients using the TaxSlayer Pro software. After tax season, I sell the TaxSlayer Pro software to Accountants and business owners across the United States. Q: What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working? A: Spending time with my family, church, and friends. Q: Something many people don’t know about you? A: I am Dominican and I love to dance to Latin music, especially merengue and salsa.

Q: How does your job change throughout the year? A: I am available for all tax clients year round. I also spend time on training and education for myself and new employees, as well as assisting with software testing. Q: What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working? A: When is that? I enjoy golf, movies, and fishing. Q: Something many people don’t know about you? A: I was in a rock band in Middle School.
